Tasan Smith-Gandy ’24 is a cellist and pianist. This solo recital includes cello works: Bach Violin Partita No. 2, Chaconne; Cello Suite No. 5 in C Minor (all movements); Schubert Arpeggione Sonata, III., along with Leo Marburg ’24, piano. There is also a movement from the String Quartet by Tasan Smith-Gandy. The piano performance includes Schubert Impromptu, op. 90, II.; Beethoven “Tempest” Sonata III., and Beethoven “Appassionata” I.
