RISE First Official Meeting

Are you a current or prospective economics/political economy major who feels that their identity is underrepresented in the major? Interested in connecting with other underrepresented students and promoting inclusion and access in the economics/political economy department? Join RISE, a student-led group under the guidance of Professor Sarah Jacobson, seeking to increase diversity and foster inclusion in both the economics and political economy majors by organizing social gatherings, advertising useful information and opportunities, and providing valuable feedback to the economics/political economy department. Come to our first official meeting this Sunday, October 21^st at 1:00pm in Schapiro 129 to learn more about RISE, share your thoughts or experiences with the economics/political economy department, and help us plan our goals and activities for the school year. Light refreshments will be served.
