FESTIVAL ARTISTIC DIRECTOR ROBERT BAKER-WHITE
The Purple Valley Plays festival returns to the ’62 Center in the fall semester of 2019. This year’s festival features seven new works written by current and former Williams students, presented as four staged readings and three fully mounted theatrical productions. Students perform the central artistic and technical roles of the festival as directors, actors, musical performers, stage managers, and designers. Faculty and guest artist mentors will assist the production teams as they bring new works to life in the flexible environment of the CenterStage theater.
