LOG LUNCH: “Equity, Land and Community,” Greg Watson, Schumacher Center for a New Economics and former Mass. Commissioner of Agriculture. Log Lunch is the Environmental Studies Weekly Lunch Series held every Friday during the year. Students cooks prepare a delicious local farm-sourced vegetarian lunch and there is a half-hour environmental talk by a guest speaker. Semester reservations may be purchased at the door for $24 for all 10 fall Log Lunches. Daily lunch cost is $3 for all: reservations required through CES website (ces.williams.edu)
