Log Lunch: Local Beef for Williams Dining Services: “The Quest for B(Eph): Sourcing from Local Farms” Envi Planning (ENVI 302) Final Presentation by Lyza Berg ‘21.5, Huijun Huang ’22, Quincy Powers ’22. How can Williams support local farmers & farmland and reduce its carbon footprint through local beef purchasing? (The talk will include a discussion and some photos of meat processing.)
Log Lunch is a healthy, fresh vegetarian local food lunch prepared by our very own student cooks. All Are Welcome! Advance reservations are required. Lunch is $3 at the door. Fridays, noon-1 at The Log. (Bring your own water bottle, and napkin if you want one!). Log Lunch is hosted by the Center for Environmental Studies.
