Kris Allen & Avery Sharpe - Music Faculty Talk

Kris Allen and Avery Sharpe present a music faculty talk titled Duo Inspirations: George Washington Carver and Charlie Parker. In the discussion they examine the process of writing, arranging, and recording the music for their newest project, which is themed around George Washington Carver’s life and legacy.  Commemorating the anniversary of Charlie Parker’s passing, Kris and Avery offer insights in the run up to a concert to be presented at the Williams College Museum of Art (WCMA) later in the afternoon, at 5pm.
