Hear from the Executive Director of the world's first sustainable cotton fiber program

Cotton was once the leading fiber in the global textile market and in only the last 10-15 years has it been taken over by synthetics. This will be an interesting discussion that will cover the history of cotton, and what the industry is doing to keep its place in the fiber market. Daren will also discuss his specific responsibility in guiding the strategic vision and operation of the Trust Protocol, with focus on supporting farmers in combating climate change through evolving agricultural innovation, textile brands and retailers in their drive to deliver more sustainably produced garments.
