Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is one of the most important holidays in Hinduism. Commemorating Lord Rama’s historic return home after years of exile, Diwali is a time to celebrate light and pray for prosperity.
The Hindu Students Association will be hosting a puja ceremony this Diwali, Sunday, October 27th. We will be welcoming esteemed Pundit Gopinathji from Albany to lead the prayers, and the puja will be followed by prasad (food) from Taste of India.
All our welcome (including families), regardless of faith or spiritual orientation.
