The Williams College Department of Music presents the Williams Concert Choir and the Williams Chamber Choir performing in Thompson Memorial Chapel on the Williams campus on Friday, May 8 at 8 p.m. This free event is open to the public.
Led by director Brad Wells, the combined choirs perform Fauré’s Requiem, Stravinsky’s Mass, and works by student composers. Featured are new choral works by Jasmine Thomasian ’15 Creation Telling, and Will Kirby ’17 with his work Have You Not Known?
About Williams Concert Choir and Chamber Choir
Williams College has long had a fine tradition of music performance in its choral ensembles. Director Bradley Wells has helped that tradition flourish. The choral program has much to offer students interested in singing with performances throughout the year and a wide range of repertoire, as well as recordings and tours.
