Start the semester off right by identifying strategies that will help you organize your semester and find balance. We will talk work on weekly plans for the semester to help you prioritize tasks, fun, and relaxation. Please come prepared with all of your schedules (courses, sports, work, family events, etc) and all of your syllabi.
