Dr. Atshan is Associate Professor of Peace and Conflict Studies at Swarthmore College. His research is focused on contemporary Palestinian society & politics as well as global LGBTQ social movements. Please find more information about him here. Dr. Atshan will begin with a brief historical overview followed by guided conversation before opening it up to audience Q&A.
