Spotlight

The Department of Theater invites all students from its courses and productions to participate in an evening of brief individual work to be presented at CenterStage on Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, February 26 at 7:30 PM.

Each student will prepare an individual piece, one minute in length. The presentations may represent any kind of artistic expression. Through engaging, shocking, or funny one-minute skits, students are invited to introduce some story, discovery, or reflection… the possibilities are vast. Originality is expected, and it may count extra toward the student’s evaluation.

This event will be a great opportunity for students to present original work to the Williamstheatre community, celebrate the liberation of creativity, and be part of an ambitious and wide-ranging project that explores the possibilities and power of theatrical nano-performance.

At the end of the evening, the performers will gather for refreshments and friendship. For further information, please contact your theatre instructor.
