Rabbi Avi Dabush is the executive director of Rabbis for Human Rights and a member of A Land for All. Born and raised in a religious right wing family in Ashkelon, he is a survivor of the October 7 attack on Kibbutz Nirim. In his work, he fights tirelessly for peace, justice, and equality for all inhabitants of Israel-Palestine, regardless of their identity.
This virtual talk, sponsored by the Jewish Chaplaincy, will introduce participants to some of the critical work taking place on the ground in Israel and Palestine that promotes and protects human rights. All who are interested in learning are welcome!
